i cant believe that the-n would cancel south of nowhere, what about all of the LBGT teens that are reaching out and need sumthing, sumone to relate too? no other show is like this on tv and shows the true life of what LBGT teens go thru, audiences around the world deserve to know the truth about what really happens to LBGT teens and how theyare feeling..everyone deserves to love...

I cant belive south is over it was my favorite show. my mom has always said you now gays ans lesbiens dont go to heaven... and can make a chose to love who they love ... i was done there not choseing you cant wake up one morning and say oh i love my friend and shes a girl.. its like anyother love. you just love them with all your heart and fight for that love so that noone can change it and tell you its wrong .. because its not .. dont let anyone tell you its wrong always listen to YOUR heart noone elses listen to YOUR heart and it will tell you what to do.

it really sucked that they stopped airing this.In the UK we coulden't even get it when it was being aired. And to say that the UK is doing a hell of alot for it, Even now..months after it has been axed and people are still trying, its a big deal for when the UK help out to say they cant even watch it if it ever did come back on air. And even knowing it stopped showing in 2008 people are still doing a hell of alot for it, people shouldent just give up on it. alot of people are pessemistic 'oh its not coming back we should just give up' but if everyone was optimistic and put their minds to it mabe the show could come back. Its upset a shit load of people that it got axed and i think we deserve it back- It's helped lives, Unlike most crap you get on TV now.

If I could, I would LOVE to thank all of the cast of SoN. They literally saved my life. Yeah, hundreds of other teens have posted the same thing I just did, but the South cast really touched people. My mom is just like Ashley's mother. I feel I can relate to the whole cast when I watch it. Watching this show has put so much into perspective for me it's not even funny. When I found out that South of Nowhere was being cancelled, I broke down in tears. Just *writing* this is making me tear up a little. All I can really say is that South of Nowhere should have never been cancelled. It has a lot of meaning and its reality for a lot of people-not just teens with 'issues.'

Wow who can believe that the final episode of South of Nowhere aired over a month ago. I'm an 18 year old girl and I think that this show really helped a lot of people. I know that a lot of people could relate to at least one character in the show and that's great for a show to be able to do that. Whether your fans that have been there from the beginning of it or that caught it half way through, it means a lot to all of us and I know that it\'s going to be missed, I certainly miss it. This is has left a great legacy and we'll always remember it. Just a pity it had to end after only 3 seasons. I just want to say thanks to the cast and crew for giving us something so amazing and memorable. They worked really hard to make it what it was, and it really paid off, because it was unforgetable.

they cant take this show off ever well until the cast die and then they can play re runs. this is gonna suck if they take it off but still i am in love with show and its my life they sooooo can not take it off the air. i think i might die if they do its not fair i love it so much. and i wont compleatly die ill just die on the inside and have no hope for the future. they cant go off air its impossible and they should have a book and comic and movie. just like buffy cuz when they went off air they had a comic book so fans could still keep up with the story. this show means to much to people and others wil see that life is suckish when the only show you love is gone and all you have is old episodes that you watch still even though you know the whole scrit and every part. ITS NOT FAIR IT CANT GO OFF AIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a fifteen year old girl from California..South of Nowhere helped me realize I was bisexual, and showed me its okay. By taking on the roles of Spencer and Ashley, Gabby and Mandy saved my life, and there's no way to thank them for that. Now South is over, and so many people that were going through what almost cost me my life, wont be able to see what saved me and so many others. And that, to say the least, is unfair.

I just love the show so much. My husband would.nt like for me to watch it, to be honest dont know why. When the show was over I was like what are you afraid of see I'm still here with you I'm still straight. The show is soooo good that notonly do gay people watched it but also straight people. What i've read is that older people are as attached to the show as youngster but yeah we wont give up, In the-n there are shows that sux but they're still on why not leave one of the best shows.

Hello The N! lol. I was heartbroken to find that South of Nowhere was cancelled. I am an 18 year old and married and a mommy to a 9 month old baby. This show helped me realize that I dont have to care what people think of my life. I love my husband and daughter and thats all that matters. So if the world doesnt like how im living my life, they can just close their eyes! I relate SO much to ashley (and to spencer) that I felt like I lost part of me when I found out the show was cancelled. This show helps SO many lost teens, PLEASE don't cancel it! Thank you!

I think the way gabrielle and mandy have portrayed their characters is great, because it shows everyone out there that there's not just straight people and i can relate, because I know how it feels to have to hide your sexuality and spashley gives everyone new meaning to understand it. Plus gabrielle and mandy are gorgeous.... =)

I've just recently caught on to south of nowhere, and it truly is amazing the stories that have been told on this show so far. All the characters are wonderful and so human. They're lovable, sassy, dispicable, etc, but fun to watch. I do love the relationship between Spencer and Ashley. It's something that hits home with me from the whole coming out to Spencer wanting to share that part of her self with her mom. I don't know whether this message will ever get to the creator (s) and actors/actresses of this show, but I just want to say Thank you. Thank you for giving such a wholesome portrayal of love, in all its forms/manifestations. Thank you in particular for handling a gay/lesbian relationship with such care and integrity. I hope the N will change their mind or your show gets picked up by another network because this show needs to go on.

im pretty new to this website and to S.O.N. But when i first saw the show i thought it was weird and and a crazy series. But then it got really interesting and i kinda got attachd. I mean the whole reality theme and how gays try to come together. It made so much sense to me, i finally can now understand who i am. im not gay but it just cleardd alot of missing answers i had for so many questions. YOU CANT CANCEL S.O.N. or change any of the characters feelings in the end. Especially with spencer and ashley. After everything they been through it wuld jus ruin the purpose of all of the other episodes. i think every ending should have the best endings but breaking ashley and spencer apart will destroy it and me. Ive never likd a show this much b4. Watching this show has given me an experience that honestly changes how i look at things. Ppl are the same no matter how u look at them.its true bc you can always tell by looking at the palm of somebodys hand. SAVE S.O.N and SPASHLEY !!! PLEASE!

South of Nowhere, literally, saved my life. I became really depressed when I was coming to terms with being a lesbian. Spencer's strength and Ashley's guts helped me get through one of the hardest times in my life, and even staying alive seemed like a good idea. Now, because of them, I'm happy. I'm doing really well in school as a freshmen, and I have the most amazing girlfriend ever. South showed me that I wasn't alone and I know it could help a lot of people if it stayed on tv. Thank you soooo much Gabrielle, Mandy, and Tom Lynch for making South so true. I'd really hate to know that South of Nowhere won't be back.

I'm trying to get as many supporters as i possibly can to sign the petition and watch the show more so the ratings get higher. If anyone would like to sign my petition to help keep Spashley's love alive then go to the myspace link provided below, and sign the petition =]. come on people, i cant do this alone, every signature counts =]

I needed South. It literally saved my life. I was so depressed and scared when I started figuring out my orientation. I was only 15 so it was really hard to take in. Spashley gave me hope. Enough so, to keep me from ending my own life. It's also really true...like, they don't drag on a storyline that needed to end. It's really refreshing. I'm proud to be gay and I'm so happy I found South because, really, I didn't want to become another gay teen suicide. Thanks so much Mr.Lynch, Mandy, and of course, Gabby.

To be completely honest.. Ashley reminds me of this girl that I will admit, I was head over heals for. Her and Ashley look and act so alike, but it never worked out.. there was always other things in the way... we always kept finding ourselves smacking right back into the same 'roadblock' if you will. Something was always messing everything up, and because we didnt work out.. I think thats why I love this show so much.. Why i want Spashley to stay together so much. I would love to meet Mandy, and personally thank her.. cause when I see her with Spencer on the show.. it literally makes me happy. Save Spashley

Hi! I'm from Mexico and I trully love and support SON. This show didn't just help me to understand many things i went through as a teenager but also many of the parent concerns that we as teeneagers are not able to understand when we are living the situation but its easier when you see it in someone else. About Spashley, i'd love to continue to watch their growing as human beings, accepting errors, and just giving us the people we watch the oportunity to find us less lonely in this world, because to find out that a girls-couple, boys-couple, boy-girl, black-white, wahtever couple, can deal with certain problems in a more global way (friends, themselves, family, etc) has helped me grow in many ways. I love the show to help people around the world a way of respect, different love, and mostly human kindness... which is what moves this world around.. thanxs and again to ALL the cast and greetings from Mexico. =)

I am 19 years old, and a freshman in college, and I'm bisexual. 3 years ago I was going through a hard time in my life. I found myself more attracted to girls than boys. I was so confused and didn't know what to do and for the longest time I tried to suppress those feelings and push them out of my mind. Most of the time I felt like it was a bad thing because I was raised in a religious family. One day I came across South of Nowhere and became interested in it really fast. I caught up on all the episodes I missed and continued to wait for new ones to air. This show made me realizes that it's okay. That there isn't anything wrong in how I feeling. This show allowed me to have the courage to come out to my mother. It didn't go as great as I hoped but this show gave me the courage to do what I never thought I would be able to do. This show needs to be saved because I believe that it can help more people. SAVE SPASHLEY!!

I heard about SoN when I was at one of my friends house. She was watching it and I thought to myself wow is she really watching that? I acted like I wasn't interested in it, but I was. About a year passed and i never forgot the show, I always wanted to watch it but felt that it was bad since my family see gay as a bad thing. I also did until I started watching this show more. When I heard that the 3rd season was coming out I was so excited I made sure I wasn't doing anything that day. Then after that I went on the-n & found all the episodes I watched all of them that night from the first to last. I was up all night but I didn't care. Thanks to this show I don't see being different as a bad thing. You are who you are & I am no one to tell you who you can love. I am straight girl & I used to see the torture that people would have to go through because they were gay. I used to be the one saying nothing, now thanks to SoN I'm the girl sticking up for them. SAVE SPASLEY. It's life changing

And i believe that so save south of nowhere not just because its a outstanding show but because it has helped people weather its coming out about who you are or about learning to accept who someone is.spashley is love so save spashley and plus mandy musgrave rockssss.....

Thank you Tom Lynch and the actors and actresses for making south of nowhere. This show has helpled so many people and has left a very deep impression on everyone. I love south of nowhere and it's sad to see it end, but 'south' carrys an important idea that needs to be aird and issued and talked about. I stopped watching Degrassi though b/c I find the new charcters boring. SON is one of the greatest shows, especially for teens trying to figure themseleves out. I think its amazing how this show has helped many people to see more clearly and answer some confusing questions. I love Spashley to death! I really wish the show would last at least 2 more seasons!

I realized I was gay when I was in the 7th grade, and until this summer I didnt deal with it,and that is 4 years later. South makes me feel normal when I watch it, like everything I am feeling someone else has felt too. I know that people have felt this way before, but I still cant help but feel totally alone. I dont know whos gay and whos straight, and I'm afraid to ask because if I do they will question my sexuality and I try to avoid that subject. Most people want to see a reflection of their feelings and lifestyle on tv, but where is they gay populations tv shows. If you do have them there usually on special channels you have to pay extra for. Especially for the youth of america that is gay, they have absolutly zero representation on any show except for South. What do I do when its gone? At this point it is the only thing keping me from falling apart. I'm afraid of what happens when the show is forever gone. So, SAVE SPASHLEY!!!

omg, i fell in love with this show from the start. the love story between spashley is portrayed amazingly!. like someone else said.. you jump when they get their first alone time, and they finally kiss, and when ashley wants spencer, and no one else..they reunite, make up, and out..n then spencer walks out..these seasons have taught me so much about life,. that ppl wont accept you, but they will get used to the idea of you being gayafter a while..this show has really affected alot of what i belive in.i am so obsessed with this show it is not even funny, i watch it all the time and just about every day. i would give anything to meet gabrielle and mandy, to thanks them for what they have done,.without this show the n would be nothinand i would deff not watch it. this show has brough all positive attention towards gay relationships, that they are okay. i also love the banners, and the videos that everyone has made..spashley is deff. someting special...

tHIS SHOW IS WONDERFUL So I recently just heard about south of nowhere from a friend, I watched the first season on the click and loved it ... so I bought the episodes all on itunes... then later i stayed up all night watching all episodes.. it took all night but it was worth it. I then told my sister about it and we both googled all kinds of info about the show, cast and crew.. we were obssesed.. when i heard that part b of season 3 was coming out I had count downs written everywhere. I even watch every episode again , actually twice that week. Ya 3 times in 7 days but each time I caught something different from the show... Not only is the show wonderful, the actors are great.. Mandy and Gaby are great on screen.. I would hate to see it end there is so much more story that could be told.. and different . No more they fight break up they can actually have the story move foreward, their future, marriage family etc... PLEASE SAVE SOUTH OF NOWHERE.. SPASHLEY FOREVER!

I can't believe the N. Network is actually doing it cancelling the bet show on Television ( South of Nowehre is what help me understand the gay community, canceling this show is a complete tragedy. I beg Tom Lynch to please reconsider not ending this beautiful story between Spencer and Ashley, I seen some previews and it looks like its headed in that direction. Please for the love of the billion fans someone have a heart and change the mind of the corporate business person. I believe ending this show will send the wrong message that gay is wrong and people with power have little regard for the dedication to the billions of fans who continue fighting for a meaningful cause. Keep the Show on South of Nowhere is the best.

im not gay but ive watched this season all the way through and i absolutely love it....while everyone else is saying that they have learned to accept themselves i have to say that ive learned to accept the gay community..i always used to crack gay jokes on my one friend who is bi but now i realize that it wasnt so funny..ive realized that love is love and it doesnt matter who its with...south has taught me this and i will forever be thankful for that because now that i understand same sex relationships a little more and what they go through everyday i actually have more respect for them than i do anyone else in the world because gays know what they want and they will fight for it no matter what and i think thats amazing....so thank u spashley and thank u south fans for opening up my mind...u are all truly amazing!...save south! save spashley!

I'm fifteen, female and an lesbian. In seventh grade, I felt myself falling in love with this girl in my grade. But I just kept pushing those feelings away, not wanting to accept them. In eight grade, the crush came back in full force. And during those dark times...it felt like being gay was the worst thing possible. And then, finally after I accepted myself whic took a while, I came out to my parents. They didn't kick me out but they didn't accept me either. My mother was a little bit like Paula. She tried to push me to be someone I never could be. Over the summer, I began to watch 'South' and I found the courage from this show to confront my parents again. This time, they accepted me with open arms. 'South' made me feel like it was 'normal' for me to love someone of the same gender. And because of this show, I am happier than I ever have been. Thank you everyone. If I could express my graditude but all I can do is say 'thank you'. :)

This show has made me who I am today. I'm so comfortable with myself being gay. South of Nowhere has brought me a sense of security, and without it, I would probably still be hiding deep in the closet, afraid of the world around me.
